House of Europe Festival
House of Europe Festival is a festival of creativity and entrepreneurship. Everyone engaged in creative projects will have access to lectures and consultations from European and Ukrainian experts, workshops, meetings with start-ups, film screenings, and open air concerts. House of Europe Festival is the culmination of the House of Europe Pop-up Hub operated at the Dnipro Center for Contemporary Culture during March and April.

This year's festival theme is How do Creative Industries Change (Post)Industrial Cities.

On the main stage you will meet people who are creating the future right now: professional practitioners will talk about architecture, urbanism, cinema, advertisement, and cultural initiatives. In the workshop zone, you will have the opportunity to dive into the biohacking world, create your own synthesiser, learn the basics of code writing and client data protection or work on animation techniques. Expozone will display stories of successful start-ups and their founders. Entrepreneurs and those seeking to start a project will have access to short consultations with owners of creative businesses. The festival programme will be rounded off with film viewings and concerts.

DCCC and House of Europe
Dnipro Center for Contemporary Culture — is an international level cultural institution combining new technologies and media, contemporary art and informal education. Soon, it will be operating a number of public spaces: gallery, media zone, contemporary library, coworking space, event space, lecture hall, offices for other cultural institutions, workshops and café.

House of Europe — is an EU-funded programme fostering professional and creative exchange between Ukrainians and their colleagues in EU countries and the UK. The programme focuses on culture and creative industries, education, health, social entrepreneurship, media, and youth.

This encompasses 20+ separate programme lines enabling to go for conferences, professional events, internships, and networking in the EU and the UK, or to enrol in study tours, residencies, trainings, and other forms of support. House of Europe funds cultural coproductions and cooperations between Ukrainian organisations and their counterparts in the EU and the UK, along with the development of cultural infrastructure and artistic concepts for youth in Ukraine. Finally, the programme offers various youth camps and an intra-Ukrainian university exchange.

Implementation of House of Europe Programme is led by Goethe-Institut Ukraine with The British Council Ukraine, Institut français d'Ukraine and Czech Centres as Consortium Partners.
